Chrissy L., RN

In addition to working on the surgery team, Chrissy is a rehabilitation nurse at the St. Louis Rehabilitation Institute.  Her nursing specialties have included geriatric care, including overseeing a memory care unit at a Long-Term Care  facility and an ADON at an assisted living community. Chrissy loves the plastic surgery nursing team and especially enjoys caring for the extraordinary people.   In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.    

Amy W.,RN

Amy has been a nurse for 20 years and really loves every opportunity she gets to make an impact on patient outcomes.  Amy has a wide range of experience including intensive care unit and post op recovery, along with nursing analytics and leadership in managed care, where she led a team that cared for some of Missouri’s most vulnerable populations.  In her free time, Amy enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three kids.  She also enjoys playing soccer and volleyball and attending her children’s sporting events.

Shari G., RN

Shari has been a nurse for almost 30 years. Shari worked in a hospital for many years in renal, neuro, and vascular assessment. Throughout the hospital, they called Shari the seamstress for her IV and needle skills. This is kind of a funny nickname since one of Shari's hobbies is quilting. Shari also enjoys her family, gardening, and traveling with her husband. Shari loves the people she works with because of the teamwork. Shari feels honored to care for Dr. Nayak's patients and loves teaching them and listening to their amazing life stories.

Lea “ Suni” G., RN

Suni has been a nurse for almost 35 years. Suni started in pre/post-op surgery followed by 30 years in the ICU/ house supervisor and overlapping 20 years as a flight nurse on medical helicopters. Suni has her bachelor's degree with emergency nurse certification and certifications in Neurology, Trauma, and advanced procedural care of the trauma patient. Suni loves working with the talented, kind and super-smart nurses at RN Services.  Suni enjoys traveling, scuba diving with her husband, Rick ( who was also a flight nurse), and hanging out at our pool with her twin sister, their brother, the kids, and their babies.

Chloe N., RN

Chloe holds a BSN degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies and is studying for her Family medicine nurse practitioner degree. She has previous hospital experience in the neuroscience, cardiac, medical-surgical, orthopedic and oncology units. In addition, she has previous experience at a med spa and is passionate about wellness. Chloe loves working with plastic surgery clients and being part of the client’s recovery process. When she isn't caring for patients at RN Services, she is caring for her husband and their two small children and two dogs.

Dawn A., RN

Dawn has  been a nurse for over 9 years and also has a bachelor's degree in social work. Dawn's previous nursing experience includes hospice and the insurance aspect of healthcare. Dawn's favorite part of working for RN Services is the different clients that she gets to care for and the amazing nurses that she works with. Outside of work, Dawn's favorite thing to do is spend time with her family in Black, MO, and especially enjoys when her twins come home from college.

Jenny M., RN

Jenny has been a nurse for 30 years and loves to care for people. Jenny's experience includes home health and case management.  In addition, Jenny is a regional account manager for Optum Specialty Pharmacy. Jenny loves to help people in their time of need.  Jenny loves to advocate for her clients and make sure they are getting the best care possible.  Jenny really enjoys working with the plastics team, both the clients and the other nurses.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, four children and grandson.

Karlie M., RN

Karlie's nursing experience includes postoperative care. She loves to aid in the recovery of her patients and be there in their time of need. She advocates for her patients to receive only the best care. She especially appreciates the plastic surgery team because she gets to be a part of a life-changing transformation. At home, Karlie spends her time chasing after her three young kiddos. Her hobbies include gardening and baking homemade bread.

Lynnette L., RN

Lynnette has been a nurse for almost 41 years and her previous experience includes pediatrics, medical/surgical nursing, home health care, and rehabilitation nursing. She  enjoys meeting and caring for all of Dr. Nayak's patients as they start their post-op journeys. In her free time, she loves babysitting her grandson, volunteering at the Gateway House of Prayer as a singer and pianist, creative writing, reading, and spending time with her four children and husband.

Shelly M., RN

Shelly has been a nurse for 34 years. She worked with sweet babies in the Neonatal ICU for 25 years. She absolutely loves working for RN Services with an amazing team of nurses and wonderful patients. Shelly says that helping patients gives her incredible joy. In her free time, she adores spending time with her 4lb precious dog. She is married and has two sons. Shelly is dedicated to going to the gym regularly.

Tina O., RN

Tina has been a registered nurse for 30 years and has spent more than 20 years in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeries, emphasizing Cosmetic Facial Rejuvenation and Body Contouring.  Having worked in the clinic side of surgery, Tina truly appreciates the services provided by RN Services and has seen how caring for oneself following surgery can be extremely difficult. Our clients' happiness is her reward. Tina's hobbies include exercise and running, cooking, crafting, traveling with her husband, shopping with her daughter and mushroom hunting with her son.  

Terri S., RN

Terri states that it took her almost half of her life to have her dream job -- being a nurse. Giving our patients excellent care is very important to her. Most of her experience is from the hospital including post-surgery and critical care. Only one thing supersedes her love of nursing, and that is being a Grandma to four grandchildren. When she is not working as a nurse or being an active grandma, she enjoys spending time volunteering, collecting vintage, and sewing.

LaDel B., RN

LaDel has been a nurse for 27 years. Her nursing career includes Director of Nursing for a 90 bed assisted living facility, CNA/CMT/ Level 1 Medication Aide/DMH instructor, home health, case management, hospice, and Clinical instructor for RN/BSN nursing students. LaDel takes pleasure in serving and ensuring clients' needs are met according to their specifications and safety. LaDel enjoys creating journals, taking pictures,  going on outings with family and friends, inspiring others, and leading Life Groups at her local church.

Nikki B., RN

Nikki has been a nurse for 9 years but has worked in healthcare for 16 years. Nikki started with RN Services as a caregiver and was encouraged to attend nursing school. At BJC, she worked in the surgical unit. For the last 7 years, Nikki has worked at an outpatient cardiac cath lab and ambulatory surgery center and found her love in cardiology. Nikki enjoys traveling and going to concerts with her husband. Nikki loves what RNS does with Dr. Nayak because she finds caring for those who are making changes for themselves to be inspirational and extremely rewarding.

Ronniece H., RN

Ronniece is passionate and enjoys being a patient advocate while providing excellent thorough care. Ronniece’ s background began as a patient care technician at St. Luke’s Des Peres and caregiver with RN Services.  Ronniece has served in diverse health care capacities, including telemetry and orthopedics at Des Peres Hospital.  She also serves our veterans in a variety of health care settings at the St. Louis VA Hospital. This includes hospice, palliative care, medical/surgical, Gastrointestinal, hemodialysis and Interventional radiology.

Rachel H., RN

Rachel's background in nursing includes medical-surgical units, inpatient dialysis, staff education, and trauma and neuro ICU. She graduated with a BSN and a Master's in Nursing Education. Rachel has always enjoyed nursing because it allows her to be the helping hand or provide that little boost of confidence to someone on one of their hardest days. In her free time, she enjoys being outside in nature, trying new restaurants with her husband, and hanging out with her new baby nephew. Rachel and her family are excited about her baby due this fall.

Rachel G., LPN

Rachel has been a nurse for 18 years. Most of her nursing career has been spent in perioperative services, endoscopy, and medical/surgical. Rachel loves working at RNS with such a caring team of nurses. She is passionate about providing excellent post-operative care to local residents, in addition to patients who have traveled from many places for their surgical journey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, interior design, and traveling.

Amy K., RN

Amy has been a nurse for 10 years. Her main experience is in wound care and case management/utilization review. She has also worked in geriatrics, research, and home health case management.  When it comes to patient care, Amy prides herself in providing quality care while preserving patient autonomy and dignity. In her spare time, she enjoys candle making, spending time with her husband and family, traveling, and attending various sporting events as her daughter’s biggest fan.

Katie S., RN

Katie has been a nurse for over 12 years. Her patient care experience includes medical/surgical, neurology and acute inpatient rehab. She also works in managed care for a heath care consulting company, advocating for some of the most vulnerable patients in our population. Katie says she is proud to work with such a talented group of nurses at RN Services. In Katie's free time, she loves spending time with her two boys and two dogs, live music, and trying new plant-based recipes.
